The Milestones Museum Christmas Market* is back by popular demand. Join us for our seasonal undercover market in the Victorian streets of Milestones. Activities include: 

  • Visit over 40 stalls selling festive treats and gifts
  • Experience Victorian Christmas with our costumed interpreters and themed market
  • A chance to meet Father Christmas in his grotto (bookable in advance**) and receive a gift.
  • Festive refreshments available including mulled wine and mince pies, or take a break in the Baverstock Arms
  • Family fun including Victorian themed make-and-takes and seasonal children's activities
  • Christmas carol singing including performances from local choirs
  • Learn about Christmas crafts and traditions from days gone by
  • Full access to everything else the museum has to offer

* Admission charges apply. Admission to the market is £2.50 per person. Under 5s and carers go free. Please note that this is a special event and standard admission charges do not apply, including the Pay Once, Visit all Year ticket which cannot be used to gain entrance to the Christmas Market.

** Father Christmas Grotto: £5.00 per child. Admission charges also apply. Weekend 8/9 December, a Christmas Market ticket is required. Weekend 15/16 December, standard admission charges apply. Admission charges do not apply to under 5s, however they do require a ticket to see Father Christmas. Limited availability, book early to avoid disappointment.
