Select the date you would like to visit Milestones and choose a visiting time. If you are purchasing a family ticket, please select the number of adults and children in your party (up to 5 people, max 2 adults) and the family ticket discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Please note, we recommend existing ticket holders still book a day and time to visit for smoother entry. You will not be charged at checkout/on completion of your booking. Please make sure you provide the email address you originally booked with to ensure your ticket is still valid.

CONCESSIONS
The following visitors qualify for a concession:
When carrying their student ID
with ID showing they are of State Pension age (aged 66 and over).
with documents valid for proof of eligibility - a letter from DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) confirming the award of Universal Credit or your most recent Universal Credit statement.
with documents valid for proof of eligibility - current Defence Discount Service card, military ID or veteran military ID.
in addition to a concession discount, disabled people are also entitled to free entry for one accompanying personal assistant (carer). If a disabled person requires more than one personal assistant (carer), the additional personal assistant(s) (carer{s}) is/are also entitled to free entry. If more than one personal assistant (carer) will be visiting, please contact the museum in advance so that we can accommodate your needs.
Children aged 5 years and under visit for free, but please still book a ticket to guarantee entry.
All children aged 0–12 must be accompanied by an adult.

PRICING AND CONCESSIONS BLOCK IV
When purchasing a concession priced ticket, customers should ensure that the person the ticket is intended for meets the correct criteria. You may be asked to show proof that you qualify for a concession when you visit us, please bring relevant identification or appropriate documents with you.
Multiple members of a party wishing to claim the concessionary rate of entry will need to evidence their receipt of one of the above criteria. There’s more information on group visits and discounts here.
At all our venues, we welcome personal assistants (carers) with those visitors that require them. If a customer requires multiple personal assistants, arrangements need to be made with the venue.
DISCOUNTS
In addition to concession prices, we offer a variety of discounted prices for the following visitor groups:
- National Art Pass receive 50% discount on adult or concession prices
- Art Fund members receive 50% discount on all ticket types
- Museum Association members visit free
- Groups of 10 or more people visiting together can benefit from our discounted group rate. You can find out more about visiting as a group here.
The discounts listed apply to standard museum venue admission prices and discounts may vary for ticketed events and experiences. From time to time, we may offer additional promotional discounts, including free days for special events, for example Heritage Open Days.

Yes, we offer 50% off for Art Fund members and National Art Pass holders . Museum Association members are entitled to free entry to Milestones Museum. Full details at the bottom of this page. Tickets can be purchased at the venue only and cannot be pre-purchased online. Please bring proof of current membership with you when you visit.
Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of your first visit. When your ticket expires, you will need to purchase a new one either online or at the museum. Your ticket will not renew automatically.
Your ticket is valid for standard museum entry, where there is no additional charge for an event or exhibition. Some events and exhibitions may have an additional charge, so please check individual event details for more information.
