TICKETS PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Let us welcome you for a fully immersive experience, filled with nostalgia and interactive fun. All indoors, we suggest you allow yourself at least 2 hours to explore our historic streets. Book your tickets in advance for a smooth entry.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our vast open interior has been transformed into a unique, interactive indoor streetscape, with an array of period shops and homes. Wander along our cobbled roads and meet our costumed staff - there’s always a new story to find.
Enjoy highlights like our seaside-style arcade, teddy bear museum and famous old British pub. Milestones is perfect for a fun, immersive step back in time rather than a traditional museum.
For those looking to get a truly in depth understanding of what life was like, we also provide free audio guides with detailed audio commentary.
COBBLE CALL OUT
As a living history museum, our streets are just as they would have been historically, with cobbles, tram lines, raised curbs and some uneven surfaces. Please mind your step as you wander through the streets, into our shops and amongst our vehicles, and guide your children to explore safely.
ONSITE ACCESSIBILITY
Our onsite facilities are designed to ensure a comfortable visit for everyone. We are a step-free indoor attraction, offering Blue Badge parking close to the entrance, lift access where needed, and staff who are accustomed to supporting visitors with additional needs. For visitors with sensory sensitivities, the lighting is atmospheric but generally low-glare – we suggest quieter times can be easier to navigate.
We welcome personal assistants (carers) free of charge with those visitors that require them. If you have specific needs or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach to get in contact.
FOOD & DRINK
Explore delicious food and drink options at the Milestones Museum. Enjoy a meal at our family-friendly Rooftop Café or unwind with a drink at The Baverstock Arms Pub. Outdoor picnic benches are also available for those bringing their own food, giving you flexibility in how you plan your day.
GIFT SHOP
Our souvenir and gift shop has something for everyone! From sweets and pocket money treats to vintage and retro-inspired toys, gifts and homeware.
Anyone can come and browse the shop, no museum admission ticket necessary.
