Discover how children kept fit over 100 years ago! 

Led by a costumed instructor, these short, structured sessions are designed to be both educational and entertaining. Children (and grown-ups too!) will take part in:

  • Group exercises focused on rhythm and repetition
  • Movements using hoops and beanbags
  • Marching and drills inspired by military-style routines
  • Lessons on discipline, teamwork and posture

This is a lighthearted way to experience history through movement and a great opportunity for families to join in together!
